Adult Mental Health

Zillah Healthcare Ltd is a supported living care provider that delivers regulated personal care and support to adults aged 18–65 with mental health needs and/or physical disabilities. The organisation supports individuals to live independently in their own homes or tenancies while promoting choice, dignity, safety, and community inclusion.

Housing is provided separately through housing associations or landlords, ensuring a clear separation between accommodation and care services.

The service provides person-centred support tailored to individual needs, including personal care, medication support, daily living skills, emotional wellbeing, health promotion, budgeting, education and employment support, and access to community activities. Care plans are developed with service users and reviewed regularly to help them achieve their goals and maintain as much independence as possible.

Zillah Healthcare works closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, Community Mental Health Teams, social workers, housing providers, and families to ensure coordinated, high-quality support that enables people to live safely, independently, and with dignity within their communities.
