We accept referrals from Liverpool (we give them first preference) and we accept nationwide referrals from all local authorities whose people have links from northwest of England and anywhere else in the United Kingdom.
This service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, and the amount of support provided to each person depends on the level of assessed need.
